Q: What are back issues?

A: Back issues include older issues of the magazine. Available back issues can be purchased from this website. Prices may vary, and the availability of an issue may differ according to customer demand.

 

Q: I am having trouble placing an order. What can I do?

A: You can call 1-800-493-1910 to order by phone. All single copy orders must be paid at the time of order. You will need to provide the name of the magazine, exact cover date of the issue, and the number of copies you wish to order.

 

Q: How will my Blackpink Box set ship?

 A: The Blackpink Box set will ship via FedEx Ground for orders shipped within the US, Canadian FedEx Ground for orders shipped within Canada and FedEx International Economy for orders shipped outside the US and Canada. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. Delivery may take up to 2-4 weeks after your order has shipped. This product does not ship to P.O. boxes. All sales are final

 

Q: How is shipping calculated?

A: Shipping is included in the price for magazine subscriptions only. For all other purchases, shipping is calculated at checkout.

  

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Please see above regarding the Blackpink Box set. Once you have received an email informing you that your order has been shipped from our distribution center, all domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground and will arrive within 3-5 business days and all foreign orders are shipped via USPS and will arrive within 4-10 business days.  However, sometimes they may be held up for a little longer if we need to pull stock to complete your order from our warehouse. Especially, in the first week after a new issue is released.

 

Q: Is my personal information secure?

A: Yes! We use Secure Socket Layer protection for the transmission of all personal data, including credit card information. You can check the security status of any page with tools specific to your browser. See your browser's help files for further information.

 

Q: My order is damaged or not correct. What shall I do?

A: If your order arrived damaged or you didn't get the correct item you ordered, please email us within 60 days of receiving the package at billboardorders@wolff-smg.com along with the name on the order, the order number and a description of the problem. Include pictures, where applicable

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All products are non-returnable. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any products.
